Medico-Legal Services

Personal Injury Lawyers and insurers are now required to consider rehabilitation at the commencement of every claim. This is recommended through the Code of Best Practice on Rehabilitation.

In order for rehabilitation to be most effective, however, it must be started as soon as possible after injury. Unfortunately, long waiting lists and constraints within the NHS system mean that many patients are not seen soon enough, and their delay to work is prolonged to an unacceptable degree.

Ashwood Physiotherapy has the knowledge, expertise and skills to provide a comprehensive and effective service in helping to rehabilitate people back to their normal life and work. We offer this service to Insurers or Personal Injury Lawyers looking for effective rehabilitation and management of their injured clients. How does this work?
